Job Summary

The Gen AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. The role involves applying machine learning concepts and advanced architectures to create innovative applications that contribute to the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions focused on machine learning and neural networks.
• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Create effective prompts and integrate LLMs into applications leveraging APIs and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements in AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI or machine learning roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning concepts and neural network architectures, especially transformers.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for model deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with model orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and human-in-the-loop AI systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Experience

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in AI and machine learning engineering.
