Requirements:

Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in a tech leadership role, managing diverse digital products.
- Hands-on experience with mobile app development (Android and iOS), web technologies, and eCommerce platforms.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and DevOps.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Swift, Java, Python).
- Solid understanding of database management, including relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Knowledge of APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in astrology/consultation-based products or similar industries.
- Experience in building platforms with high traffic volume (10 million+ users).
- Familiarity with SEO, marketing automation, and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM) is a plus.
