Job Description

Key Responsibilities Paid Acquisition & Revenue Growth ● Own paid revenue and customer acquisition across channels ● Scale paid channels while maintaining efficiency and unit economics ● Drive new customer growth through structured channel strategy Channel & Platform Management ● Lead strategy and execution across platforms (Meta, Google, and emerging channels) ● Drive audience strategy, bidding frameworks, and campaign structure ● Identify and scale new channel opportunities Experimentation & Optimization ● Build a structured testing roadmap across creatives, audiences, and landing journeys ● Drive continuous improvement in funnel performance (CTR, CVR, etc.) ● Translate data into actionable growth insights Creative & Funnel Collaboration ● Partner with Creative team to build performance-first creative pipelines ● Work with growth and brand teams to improve landing and funnel conversion Budget & Media Governance ● Own budget allocation and spend planning ● Ensure disciplined spend management and performance tracking ● Build clear reporting and performance review cadence Business & Cross-Functional Alignment ● Align paid demand with inventory availability and promo calendar ● Partner with Supply, Category, and Data teams to drive business outcomes Team & Capability Building ● Build strong platform expertise and experimentation mindset within team ● Mentor and develop performance marketing talent Software & Platform Expertise ● Meta Ads ● Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) ● Attribution tools, analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks
