Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
    • Own the online sales P&L across brand website and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, etc.).
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day management of Miraggio’s D2C website, ensuring seamless customer experience, high performance, and strong conversion metrics.
    • Coordinate with developers/designers to manage updates, product uploads, UX/UI enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Marketplace Management:
    • Manage and grow performance on marketplaces by optimizing product listings, advertising, pricing, and promotions.
    • Liaise with platform account managers to maximize visibility and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales performance, user behavior, and channel efficiency to identify growth opportunities.
    • Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in managing D2C and marketplace e-commerce for a consumer brand (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
  • Proven track record of growing online revenue and improving key e-commerce KPIs.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and a growth-oriented approach.
