Requirement: GT and MT/ Food industry/ homecare / cleaning/ Mass brand in personal care

Target: Food id/ Yogabar/ surfexl

Yrs of exp: 8-15yrs

Budget: 50-60L + ESOPs

Interview rounds and with whom: 3 rounds (1- HR/ 2- Akshay/ 3- Aditya and Anuj)

Revenue: Majorly comes from Offline channels – 1.5cr monthly wants to increase it to 5cr monthly in a year’s time.

Travel involved

Should have good market knowledge/ scale up the team and the sales / handle P&L

Already have a sales team, this personal will come in and handle the Sales function.

Geographically presence: Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Delhi

Secondary Geography: Pune/ Goa/ Chandigarh etc

Major revenue comes from Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Delhi

Grow the sales in these Geographies and add more geographies
