Associate Director / Director: Sales
Job Summary
The Associate Director / Director of Sales will be responsible for driving high-velocity deal closures within the ₹100 crore to ₹10,000 crore client segment. The role involves sourcing, structuring (light to moderate), and closing Capex financing opportunities. The candidate will focus on origination, execution discipline, and high ownership to build pipelines, develop strategic relationships, and contribute to Organisation’s growth objectives. This position reports to the Head of Sales and plays a critical role in expanding Organisation’s market footprint and strengthening its enterprise client base.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Origination: Build and nurture relationships with CFOs, promoters, and senior leadership of medium and large enterprises. Engage in early-stage Capex planning and funding strategy discussions, and position the organisation in board-level and investment decision forums.
- Structured Deal Execution: Design and execute multi-lender and structured lease transactions. Collaborate closely with internal credit teams and external financing partners to evaluate deal viability, balance sheet impact, ROCE implications, and long-term capital strategy.
- Enterprise Relationship Management: Develop advisory-led, trust-based relationships with clients. Manage multi-stakeholder engagement across finance, operations, and leadership teams, aiming to build and deepen 5-6 anchor enterprise accounts annually.
- Market & Ecosystem Leadership: Monitor industry, client, and competitive dynamics. Strengthen Organisation’s brand positioning in enterprise financing and cultivate a robust ecosystem network comprising OEMs, lenders, and advisors.
Qualifications
- 4 to 15 years of experience in structured finance, large corporate lending, investment banking, or NBFCs.
- Strong financial and structuring acumen.
- Proven track record of client origination and scaling revenue.
- Experience in influencing CXO and board-level stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing complex, multi-party transactions.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Deep understanding of Capex financing and structured finance products.
- Strong network within enterprise ecosystems including OEMs, lenders, and financial advisors.
