SMS marketing campaigns.

● Exceptional creativity and the ability to craft engaging and impactful messages.
What Will You Do?
This is a dynamic and creative role in a high-growth, pre-seed start-up. Given that we
are a young start up, our team is truly our backbone. You’ll be responsible for a
variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
● WhatsApp and SMS Marketing Strategy:
○ Develop and implement comprehensive WhatsApp and SMS marketing
strategies that align with business objectives and target audience
preferences.
○ Identify and leverage innovative tactics to engage customers, nurture
leads, and drive conversions.
● Content Creation and Messaging:
○ Craft compelling and personalized content for WhatsApp and SMS
campaigns, ensuring messages resonate with recipients and drive
desired actions.
○ Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop visually
appealing and impactful messages.
● Lead Generation and Conversion:
○ Implement lead generation campaigns and tactics through WhatsApp
and SMS, focusing on driving traffic to the website or specific landing
pages.
○ Optimize messaging sequences and call-to-actions to increase
conversion rates.
● Data-Driven Insights:
○ Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of
WhatsApp and SMS campaigns.
○ Monitor key metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and
engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous
improvement.
● User Segmentation and Personalization:
○ Segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and preferences
to deliver targeted and personalized messaging.
○ Develop and refine user segmentation strategies to optimize campaign
effectiveness.
● Collaboration and Reporting:
○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and
product teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
○ Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and
recommendations to optimize future strategies.
