Job Summary

As a React Developer, you will be responsible for creating dynamic, responsive, and efficient web applications using React.js. Your contributions will directly enhance user experience and help the organization achieve its goals through innovative front-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, reusable front-end components using React.js.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployment planning.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues, providing timely fixes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a React Developer with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility (A11Y) standards and frameworks for front-end development.
• Experience in making web pages accessible, in accordance with the React Accessibility Guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Experience

• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in a relevant React development role is required.

Environment

• This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in Kerala.
