Job Summary

The AI Technical Program Manager (TPM) role is crucial in leading and managing AI/ML projects, particularly in the domain of predictive modeling. The position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare insurance landscape and a proven track record in delivering complex projects that achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI/ML projects, ensuring that they meet business objectives and are delivered on time.
• Oversee the entire MLOps pipeline, from data ingestion to production, ensuring smooth deployment of AI models.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations effectively.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements based on lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future performance.
• Motivate and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12 to 18 years of total experience, with at least 3 years leading/managing AI/ML projects, specifically in predictive modeling.
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of US health insurance with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any other public cloud platform.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and inspiring teams to foster collaboration.
• Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and optimize service delivery processes based on external and internal assessments.
• Education: Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MLOps practices and tools.
• Ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in implementing innovative solutions that enhance service delivery.

Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of total experience required, with specific emphasis on AI/ML project management and predictive modeling.

Environment

• This position is based in Hyderabad or Chennai. Candidates should be open to permanent employment with Ascendion.
