Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Provide technical support for Pi42’s mobile and web applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents via ticketing systems, escalating when needed.
* Manage relational databases, including design, schema, performance, and backups.
* Maintain technical documentation and share best practices with the team.
* Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, updates, and patches.
* Conduct user training, create training materials, and provide ongoing support.
