Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:*<br />
- Provide technical support for Pi42’s mobile and web applications, ensuring minimal downtime.<br />
- Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents via ticketing systems, escalating when needed.<br />
- Manage relational databases, including design, schema, performance, and backups.<br />
- Maintain technical documentation and share best practices with the team.<br />
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, updates, and patches.<br />
- Conduct user training, create training materials, and provide ongoing support.
