Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing with experience in handling US and Australian clients in an agency setup. You will lead strategy and execution for multi-channel campaigns focusing on client success and measurable results.
Responsibilities

Client Management:
- Be the main point of contact for US and Australia-based clients.
- Build strong client relationships and tailor strategies to objectives.

Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, affiliate channels, and YouTube.
- Track performance and deliver insights.

SEO & SEM:
- Lead all SEO efforts (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Oversee SEM with a focus on keywords, bids, and quality.

Content Strategy:
- Align content creation with brand goals, working with writers and designers.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to report and provide insights.

Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and mentor juniors.

Market Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date on digital trends, especially for US/AUS markets.
- Conduct competitive analyses for client growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 4–6 years in a digital agency managing international clients
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, affiliate and email marketing
- Familiar with tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, HubSpot
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical thinking
Preferred Skills
- Experience with local market trends in the US and Australia.
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing with a focus on international clients.
