Job Summary

The D365 CE DevOps Engineer plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing the integration and deployment processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This position is vital for ensuring effective collaboration between development and operations, contributing to the seamless delivery of high-quality applications and services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE applications.
• Monitor and optimize the deployment processes to ensure efficient release management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to service availability.
• Automate routine tasks and improve workflows using Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Provide support and training to team members on DevOps best practices and toolsets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, including build and release pipelines.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, preferably with tools like Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Experience
