We have 3 group companies working in<br /> International education attracting talent from Start Up as well as PropTech, FinTech &amp;<br /> EdTech spaces.<br /> You will be working:<br /> ● Create user- centred designs by considering brand requirements, product<br /> requirements, research insights and technical requirements alike<br /> ● Work with product managers, UX designers and researchers to test your<br /> assumptions and improve ideas.<br /> ● Work with software developers to structure and implement your UI solutions<br /> ● Work on strategic design issues and present to stakeholders when needed<br /> ● Work on the full UI stack across various services, output devices, screens and<br /> components<br /> ● Manage multiple projects / tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and<br /> work well under pressure<br /> ● You are familiar with the fundamentals of the user centred design process, and<br /> have experience creating artefacts to support each stage of the design thinking<br /> process such as personas, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes etc.<br /> ● You can plan and conduct usability studies and user research interviews, when a<br /> project might require it<br /> ● You think strategically and conceptually to develop simple and elegant solutions<br /> for large complex projects, including websites, services and products that work<br /> across different form factors and platforms<br /> ● You have a strong entrepreneurial approach towards problem solving<br /> ● You work collaboratively as part of a team, or drive the design independently as<br /> per the requirements of the project<br /> ● You learn new tools and techniques to suit the needs of a project to ensure<br /> smooth and delivery<br /> A successful profile will have:<br /> ● Minimum 3-4 years of UX work experience in designing mobile applications or<br /> websites<br /> ● Experience delivering large projects with multi-functional teams like product,<br /> content, marketing, technology.<br /> ● Strong understanding of User-centered Design Process, Design Principles &amp;<br /> Systems, content, and data management<br /> ● Experience driving design thinking, creative problem solving &amp; clear execution<br /> plans at an organizational level<br /> ● An impressive portfolio that showcases process-driven user experience, UI<br /> design &amp; creative problem-solving design skills<br /> Location- Mumbai<br /> EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS<br /> ● Minimum 3-4 years of UX work experience in designing mobile applications or<br /> websites<br /> ● Experience delivering large projects with multi-functional teams like product,<br /> content, marketing, technology.<br /> ● Strong understanding of User-centered Design Process, Design Principles &amp;<br /> Systems, content, and data management<br /> ● Experience driving design thinking, creative problem solving &amp; clear execution</div> <div>plans at an organizational level<br /> ● An impressive portfolio that showcases process-driven user experience, UI<br /> design &amp; creative problem-solving design skills</div>
