Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be part of the founding team and lead all efforts on performance marketing and growth
- Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of digital campaigns to drive awareness and demand
- Responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of digital campaigns across all the digital platforms
- Budget planning & ensuring the budget is wisely allocated across different marketing channels to achieve maximum ROI
- Design campaign strategies and optimise on a day to day level to ensure the right volume and efficiency
- Coordinate with agencies and work with the design team for seamless handoff of creatives to support the performance marketing effort
- Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas
- Consistently monitor campaign performance and results, and sharing these results with the creative and strategic teams along with recommendations to further optimise content
- Work closely with the product team to iterate on the messaging and value props based on customer feedback
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs
Skills & Experience:
- A strong background and 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing and growth in the consumer/ DTC sector
- Prove experience owning and executing a digital strategy, tracking performance, and achieving high-impact results
- Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Should be analytically strong and a strategic thinker
- High levels of energy and the ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
