This role is critical in marshalling the company&#39;s central key resource &ndash;</div> <div>Studio Managers, Center Sales Heads, Community Managers, Designers, Design Partners &amp; Sales Managers.</div> <div>Responsible for People Development, Budgeting, planning, and providing clear direction &amp; Business plan.</div> <div>Responsible for P &amp; L for the region and maximizing Profits &amp; growth by achieving like to like store growth and Business development by opening new stores in potential untapped locations.</div> <div>Continuous review of Manpower, Margins &amp; expenses of the stores and coordination with various functions within the company to provide support.</div> <div>Competition analysis and providing feedback regularly to management.</div> <div>Responsible for meeting annual sales targets for stores.</div> <div>Successfully achieve the required ROT (Return on turnover) as per company targets.</div>
