The company also recently raised its first private equity round. https://www.mantratec.com/ Job Summary: As we are preparing for our next stage of growth, we are looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will lead our financial operations, planning, governance, and risk management functions across verticals. Position Summary The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic business partner to the founders, responsible for driving financial excellence, aligning fiscal strategy with corporate goals, and enabling sustainable growth through prudent financial management.The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, bringing strong experience in financial planning, reporting, compliance, risk management, capital raising, and business analytics. Key Responsibilities Drive long-term financial planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting for business units as well as overall company  Provide financial insights and models to support business decisions and expansion planning  Oversee accounting, taxation, payroll, treasury, and MIS reporting  Oversee international finance operations including import of semiconductor raw materials, export receivables, transfer pricing, foreign exchange risk management, and financial oversight of international subsidiaries (procurement, business development, and product development entities)  Design and implement strong internal control systems, policies, and SOPs  Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings  Ensure regulatory compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, FEMA, etc  Manage statutory, internal, and external audits with auditors and consultants  Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions  Create and present reports for board meetings and stakeholder engagements  Partner with business heads to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency Qualifications & Experience  Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute  Experience: 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a CFO/VP-Finance role in a mid-sized or growth-stage company  Prior experience in managing cross-border finance, including import/export transactions, foreign exchange risk management, international taxation/compliance, and oversight of overseas subsidiaries  Industry: Technology, Electronics, B2B Manufacturing, Software (preferred)  Financial Tools/ERP: SAP, Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems.  Compliance & Audit: In-depth knowledge of Indian financial laws and regulatory frameworks Mantra Softech Our vision directs our actions.
