GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION</div>
<div>Managing all finance and accounting operations. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.<br />
Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.</div>
<div>RESPONSIBILITIES</div>
<div>• Handling and finalization of audits.<br />
• Ensuring Finalization of Accounts.<br />
• Preparing monthly/ yearly budgets.<br />
• Ensuring and Managing timely Statutory Payments i.e. (GST TDS, PF, ESIC & PT).<br />
• Ensuring Inter Company Loans with following compliance.<br />
• Liasoning with Banks, Internal & Statutory Auditors.<br />
• Handling Accounts Payable & Receivables Management.<br />
• Team Handling.<br />
• Advising on Accruals / Provisional Income & Expense.<br />
• Good Knowledge of (Ind As)<br />
• Preparation of Balance sheet & Profit & Loss as per (Ind As)</div>
<div>EDUCATION & TRAINING</div>
<div>• CA Intermediate with graduate/postgraduate in commerce<br />
SKILLS & ABILITIES</div>
<div>• Minimum 3 or 3+ years of relevant experience<br />
• Candidate must have the prior experience in corporate companies only.</div>
