Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in the media and advertising industry who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships with existing ones, and positioning Wrap2Earn as a preferred media partner across multiple advertising channels. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Drive Business Growth & Revenue ● Identify, prospect, and onboard new business opportunities from advertising agencies and direct clients. ● Develop strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue across all service offerings (OOH, digital, radio, print, and TV). ● Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Client Relationship Management ● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise and mid-sized accounts. ● Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. ● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Wrap2Earn’s media solutions. 3. Solution-Oriented Selling ● Understand client marketing objectives and challenges in depth. ● Design and propose customized, innovative media solutions leveraging Wrap2Earn and BuzzOmni offerings. ● Deliver impactful presentations and pitches to clients and agencies. 4. Sales Pipeline & Forecasting ● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow. ● Track opportunities across all stages of the sales cycle—from lead generation to closure. ● Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership for strategic planning. 5. Market Intelligence & Strategy ● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media platforms. ● Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. ● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and campaign execution) to ensure seamless delivery. 6. Team Collaboration ● Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on client requirements and campaign execution. ● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery. Requirements & Qualifications ● Minimum 5+ years of experience in media sales (OOH, Print, Radio, TV, or Digital Media). ● Proven track record of developing and managing direct brand relationships. ● Strong understanding of both traditional and digital advertising ecosystems. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of ownership. ● Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. ● Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
