Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer passionate about building cutting-edge, production-grade applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. You will play a crucial role in our growing AI team, contributing to the advancement of enterprise AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build intelligent applications such as chatbots, summarization tools, document Q&A systems, and digital assistants.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines using technologies like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and FAISS.
• Perform prompt engineering and fine-tuning to optimize performance and ensure safety.
• Create reusable components for Generative AI, including function calling, embeddings, and workflows.
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI).
• Set up MLOps pipelines that include Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and versioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI into practical business workflows.
• Explore advanced AI topics, including multi-agent systems, LLMOps, and hallucination control.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years in AI/ML, with at least 2+ years focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI SDKs.
• Proficient in working with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, and Qdrant.
• Experience in building and deploying RAG-based Generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, FastAPI, and Airflow.
• Working knowledge of cloud AI services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Vertex AI.
• Understanding of prompt safety, hallucination mitigation, and metrics for evaluating Generative AI.

Preferred Skills

• Fine-tuning open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) using techniques like LoRA or QLoRA.
• Experience with multi-modal AI that integrates text with image and voice.
• Domain expertise in industries such as Healthcare, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Legal, or EdTech.
• Contributions to open-source projects or research in the field of Generative AI.

Experience

• A total of 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years specifically in Generative AI and LLMs.

Environment

• Position based in Noida with a hybrid work model, combining remote and on-site work.

Salary

• Competitive salary of 1.3 Lakh Per Month (LPM) plus GST.
