Ltd.                    <br />                         <br />     JOB DESCRIPTION                      <br />                         <br /> DESIGNATION    HR Manager                    <br /> DEPARTMENT     HR                     <br /> REPORTING TO    COO/Director                    <br /> EXPERIENCE    7 - 8 Years                     <br /> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES     Employee Life Cycle Management<br />

  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits<br />
  • Ensure smooth employee experience and engagement across all stages<br />
  • Support workforce planning and manpower coordination<br /> Performance Management (PMA Cycle)<br />
  • Plan, implement, and manage the complete PMA cycle<br />
  • Coordinate goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback processes<br />
  • Support managers in defining KRAs and handling performance improvement plans<br /> Training & Development (T&D)<br />
  • Identify training needs through performance analysis and skill gap assessment<br />
  • Design and execute annual training calendars<br />
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs and track effectiveness<br /> HR Policies & Compliance<br />
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and manuals<br />
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits<br />
  • Liaise with labor law consultants and manage inspections and filings<br /> HR Reporting & Governance<br />
  • Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and documentation<br />
  • Provide regular HR reports and analytics to management<br />
  • Ensure accurate employee records and compliance readiness<br />                     <br />                         <br /> Key Skills & Competencies    Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance<br /> Hands-on experience in PMA cycles and training programs<br /> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<br /> Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and maturity<br /> Strong documentation and process orientation                    <br />                         <br /> Key Skills & Competencies    EXPERIENCE     Total work experience:  8 years                <br />                         <br />     KNOWLEDGE     Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR regulations<br /> Strong knowledge of employee life cycle management<br /> Knowledge of performance management and appraisal systems<br /> Working knowledge of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance audits<br /> Knowledge of employee relations and grievance handling<br /> Familiarity with HR MIS, reporting, and documentation practices<br />                 <br />                         <br />     QUALIFICATION    MBA (HR) / Post Graduate in Labour Laws / Relevant Post Graduation                <br />                         <br /> PREPARED BY /DATE         REVIEWED BY/DATE             APPROVED BY/DATE
