Position Summary:

 

As a Social Media Manager, you will be pivotal in building and managing our brand's online presence. You

will develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer

engagement, and ultimately boost sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

● Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with

the brand's overall marketing goals.

● Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, and videos) for various social

media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).

● Community Management: Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments and messages,

and foster a positive online community.

● Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and

identify areas for improvement.

● Paid Social Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns including social media

promotions, SEO, SEM, etc. to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.

● Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other

partners to amplify brand reach.

● Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

 

Qualifications:

 

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Proven experience of 2+ years in social media management, preferably in the D2C industry.

● Freshers with an attitude and ownership to learn are welcome to apply.

● Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.

● Excellent writing and communication skills.

● Creative and innovative mindset.

● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
