Job Description

 

 

• Perform New Supplier Assessment audit.

 

• Responsible for supplier finalization as per Quality, Cost & delivery rating.

 

• Supplier Upgradation.

 

• Supplier Performance Monitoring.

 

• Knowledge of functions & testing of two wheeler.

 

• Ensuring QAV Audit for new development parts at supplier end.

 

• PPAP Readiness, Review & Approval.

 

• Defect troubleshooting & Countermeasure Verification.

 

• Responsible for controlling the defects generation in parts for mass production & at development stages along with analysis of defects, its countermeasure implementation and verification within timeframe.

 

• Hands of experience on measuring instruments (Variable & Attribute)

 

• Training needs identification of subordinates & arrange on time to time training for employee skills upgradation.

 

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentation and std.
