Job Description
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
Set marketing goals and objectives.
Plan, implement and manage brand vision key and resultant strategy
Contribute to the overall growth of the company
Review and manage content marketing strategy
Determine KPIs for the marketing department
Keep the marketing budget in check
Track KPIs on a regular basis, produce and present reports regularly
Work with sales and development and customer success teams
Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
Analyse company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
Stay up to date with the latest technology esp. performance, metaverse and Omnichannel related updates
Stay up to date with the latest best practices of fashion retail
Integrate with Channel and product teams to drive Channel and category specific GTM and launches including interacting with partner marketing teams to create and execute a robust retail marketing plan.
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns
Qualification
15+ years’ experience in marketing (some years in Fashion retail is key)
Being customer-centric and hand on with Gen Z and Millennial consumer trends
Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools.
Understanding of media landscape and ability to set the media construct for the brand with using different subsets of overall construct to drive GTMs
In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
MBA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field
Additional marketing certifications are a plus
Aptitude or proven background of having interacted/worked with senior management / founder Foundational Competence
Appreciation of social purpose and sustainability
