Security Trust Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a Security Trust Analyst to join our Global Trust Office. This hands-on individual contributor role supports customer assurance by working closely with Sales and internal security teams to demonstrate that our security and compliance programs meet industry-leading standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Product, and Engineering. Responsibilities
- Conduct first-line reviews of incoming Trust Office cases in Salesforce.
- Respond to customer and prospect security/compliance inquiries via internal Sales teams.
- Prepare and distribute weekly Salesforce reports.
- Manage distribution of Security and Trust Assurance Packets (STAP).
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate and support our security/compliance posture.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Global Trust Office.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, including after-hours support as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or compliance roles.
- Frameworks: Familiarity with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC, PCI DSS, NIST, HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.
- Environment: Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud solutions environment.
- Tools: Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently.
- Learning: Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Security Awareness: Awareness of supply chain security and its impact on customer assurance.
Preferred Skills
- Additional certifications in information security or compliance (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) would be beneficial.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or compliance roles is required.
Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days/week in the Bangalore office, with flexibility for remote work depending on business and team needs.
