Our understanding of the role is as follows:
- Looking for an incumbent with over ten years of experience on the buy side of BFSI with expertise in Institutional Sales.
- The role will report to the CBO and could be based out of Chennai, Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
- The ideal incumbent must have an impeccable sales record & a well entrenched network amongst institutions, HNIs, UHNI & family offices
- The budget for the role is around 35 to 40 LPA on fixed
- Pool to be tapped: Open to considering candidates from top mutual fund companies
