Job Summary

The Assistant Manager in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department will play a vital role in communicating the company's strategy and value propositions to alliance partners. This position is essential for managing customer relations, ensuring smooth financial and product documentation, and supporting both the credit team and developer partners.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate our strategy and value propositions to current and prospective alliance partners.
  • Manage relations with customers to ensure smooth financial and product documentation.
  • Complete the required documentation to assist the credit team of program partners.
  • Assist developer partner sales with our program and provide active support to clients.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge about Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
  • Proven ability to overcome obstacles and achieve results.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualifications in a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with financial products related to housing and lending.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and client support.

Experience

1 - 2 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
