Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will drive the growth of the CRE business in Hyderabad by acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring the delivery of business goals. The role requires hands-on sales experience in the CRE sector and strong local market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Client Acquisition:
o
Identify and acquire new clients, including developers and businesses, for CRE products such as LAP and construction finance.
o
Build strong relationships with brokers and referral partners to generate leads.
2.
Business Development:
o
Drive sales targets by effectively pitching products to potential clients.
o
Ensure timely onboarding of clients and seamless execution of deals.
3.
Market Intelligence:
o
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the Hyderabad region.
4.
Risk and Compliance:
o
Ensure all deals comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
o
Collaborate with credit and risk teams for smooth deal closure.
5.
Reporting:
o
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market activities to the Zonal Sales Leader.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in CRE sales.
•
Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Location: Based in Hyderabad, with occasional travel as needed.
