Role Overview<br />
The Onboarding Advisor will be responsible for engaging new leads through outbound calling,<br />
about mutual fund investments, completing the first sale with minimum investment value, and<br />
ensuring maximum lead activation through effective telephonic interactions.<br />
Key Responsibilities<br />

Achieve daily productivity targets, including a minimum of 200 outbound calls and 3<br />
hours of effective talk time.<br />
Plan and manage the workday efficiently to maximize customer reach and engagement<br />
through telephonic conversations.<br />
Initiate and close the first mutual fund investment for new customers with the<br />
prescribed minimum investment amount.<br />
Achieve activation and sales target month on month without fail.<br />
Ensure RNR (Ring No Response) leads are called a minimum of three times per<br />
day as per process guidelines.●<br />

Focus on maximum lead activation by converting contacted leads into active investors.<br />
Maintain accurate and timely updates of customer interactions, call outcomes, and<br />
investment status in the CRM system.<br />
Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and compliance requirements<br />
related to mutual fund sales.<br />

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer onboarding issues and ensure a<br />
smooth investment experience.<br />
Continuously work on improving call quality, conversion ratios, and customer<br />
satisfaction.<br />
Qualifications<br />

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics,<br />
Commerce, or a related field.<br />
Experience:<br />

6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the<br />
financial services domain.<br />

○<br />
Prior experience or knowledge in mutual funds is an added advantage.<br />
○<br />
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in finance may also<br />
apply.<br />
Location Preference: Candidates ready to work in Bellendur or be willing to relocate to<br />
Bangalore.<br />
Profile Stability: Demonstrated consistency in employment with no frequent job<br />

NISM Series V-A certification (preferred) if not available should be ready to get certified.<br />

Proven experience in selling financial products such as mutual funds and insurance.<br />
