The role
Working with the Co-Founders, the VP of Growth Marketing will take ownership for developing and
executing our growth strategy in India, encompassing both customer and insider acquisition. As an applied
marketing practitioner, you will create and drive acquisition campaigns and experiments pipeline. You
will have prior experience and expertise of achieving growth success with both organic and paid
campaigns across different marketing channels like social, influencers, radio, email, SEO, brand

The role

will have prior experience and expertise of achieving growth success with both organic and paid
campaigns across different marketing channels like social, influencers, radio, email, SEO, brand
partnerships, and affiliate marketing among others. This role will require you to collaborate cross-
functionally with Digital technology and Destination Management and Customer Care teams to identify

Key responsibilities
▪ Own growth marketing strategy and execution to acquire and onboard customers and insiders
▪ Understand audience segmentation and behaviour in relation to the travel services, understand the
fast-evolving competitive marketplace to keep us ahead of the game
▪ Use data driven decision making for structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth
▪ Select, set up and manage agency partner relationships
▪ Plan, execute and lead organic and paid campaigns across online and offline channels, including
Social, Influencers, Radio, emails, affiliates, and brand partnerships
▪ Devise a SEO strategy and execute programs that drive high-quality organic traffic
Key responsibilities

▪ Proactively seek and execute mutually beneficial marketing brand partnerships
▪ Develop content strategy and communications calendar for all social platforms
▪ Activate paid social campaigns and manage delivery, optimise consistently to achieve campaign goals
and cost efficiency
▪ Seed and manage a proactive community of travel content creators and influencers
▪ Establish emails as an effective channel for user engagement and bookings
▪ Targeted use the radio channel for mass market engagement and brand awareness
▪ Manage budget in line with marketing goals and report on weekly and monthly KPIs and assess any
required changes or opportunities
▪ Develop and activate a test and learn plan to ensure we continue to innovate and invest in new
opportunities where relevant
Key requirements for the role
▪ Growth marketing expertise with 7+ years of demonstrable experience of achieving acquisition
growth for D2C services brands, on back of running innovative and structured multi-channel
marketing campaigns
▪ Demonstrable experience of growing a start-up from 0 to1
▪ Experience in organic and paid campaign execution, reporting, optimisation, and budgeting
▪ A good understanding of community management processes and watch outs
▪ Strong grasp of consumer behaviour trends
▪ Excellent analytical skills and experienced with using campaign management tools
▪ Strong project management skills
▪ A hardcore self-starter with an ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a wider team
based in multiple locations
▪ Excellent communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple agendas
