Job Summary

The Founder’s Office Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day execution of key initiatives alongside the founders. This position offers exposure to various areas, including product development, operations, go-to-market strategies, and the potential to grow into sales or marketing roles over time.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with founders on day-to-day execution and priority initiatives.
• Support product, technology, sales, and marketing efforts as needed.
• Analyze data, user feedback, and business metrics to support decision-making processes.
• Help document processes, decks, and internal workflows.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure project momentum and collaboration.
• Gradually take on more responsibility in sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding to engage confidently with engineering teams.
• Good business sense and curiosity about product development and sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills and structured thinking abilities.
• Comfort in switching contexts and the willingness to learn quickly.
• Openness to explore opportunities in sales, marketing, or growth functions over time.
• Educational background in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to startups, consulting, or product management roles.
• Basic understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS), B2B, or technology-led businesses.
• Experience with data analysis, research, or presentation.
