The organization designs and sells products across three channels: a direct-to-consumer website (kisah.in), leading marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon), and a growing network of exclusive brand outlets across India. Kisah is at an exciting inflection point, expanding its retail footprint and gaining traction with a younger audience, while also prioritizing its D2C channel.
The Performance & Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving Kisah's performance marketing initiatives across Meta and Google platforms. This role requires a keen analytical mindset and creativity to enhance customer acquisition, optimize return on ad spend (ROAS), and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC). Additionally, the role involves building foundational strategies for customer retention and customer relationship management (CRM).
