The ideal candidate would have:
 5-10 years of equity investing experience at leading firms in India
 Has analyzed potential investment opportunities across sectors, built earnings models and
tracked performance of portfolio companies
 Ability to make recommendations to investment committee that are supported by rigorous
analysis of company, industry, management teams
 CA and/or MBA from Top-tier Business Schools
 For candidates from equity research background, extensive experience in small and mid-cap
sectors with high-impact coverage and recommendations will be important
 For candidates from the buy-side background, demonstrated track record of performance of
ideas and funds will be an important criteria
