Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with a strong technical understanding of AI/ML Infrastructure, Developer Tools, Cloud Infrastructure, or ML Platforms to drive revenue growth in the US market. This role demands a combination of new business acquisition (hunting) and account expansion (farming) while managing a healthy enterprise sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles across the US market.
- Build and manage a quarterly pipeline of $2M+ in qualified opportunities.
- Consistently achieve a 30%+ opportunity-to-close conversion rate.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to exceed revenue targets.
- Forecast business accurately and maintain CRM hygiene.
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Engage with technical stakeholders including CTOs, VP Engineering, AI Leaders, and Platform Teams.
- Understand customer infrastructure challenges and position AI/ML infrastructure solutions effectively.
- Lead product demonstrations, solution discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
- Navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying processes within technology organizations.
Business Development
- Generate opportunities through a combination of:
- Outbound prospecting
- Inbound leads
- Partner referrals
- Existing account expansion
- Build relationships with AI-native companies, infrastructure-focused startups, and technology-first enterprises.
Account Growth
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions teams to maximize account value and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to influence product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of B2B SaaS/Technology Sales experience
- B.Tech/BE degree (Mandatory)
- Experience selling AI/ML Infrastructure, Developer Tools, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, Data Infrastructure, or Deep-Tech products
- Proven experience selling into the US market
- Experience managing enterprise or SMB sales cycles with technical buyers
- Demonstrated ownership of a $2M+ quarterly pipeline
- Consistent 30%+ conversion rate from qualified pipeline to closed business
- Experience engaging with technical decision-makers such as CTOs and Engineering Leaders
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem and modern infrastructure stacks
- Experience handling sales cycles of approximately 3 months
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling to AI-native startups or GenAI companies
- Exposure to LLMs, GPU infrastructure, AI compute, vector databases, or MLOps ecosystems
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS startups
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience
4–8 years in B2B SaaS/Technology Sales, with a focus on selling complex technical solutions.
