<p>Jr. Full Stack Developer</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Python and experience in building scalable</p> <p>backend systems for high-traffic applications. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of D2C or e-commerce</p> <p>platforms and can work across the stack to build performant and user-centric digital experiences.</p> <p>You&rsquo;ll be part of a fast-paced, product-driven team, working on systems that directly impact growth, conversions, and</p> <p>customer experience.</p> <p>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p> <p>●</p> <p>Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).</p> <p>●</p> <p>Build, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Work with relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).</p> <p>●</p> <p>Contribute to front-end codebases built with React.js and Next.js.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Translate business needs (especially around e-commerce flows like checkout, inventory, personalization, etc.) into</p> <p>scalable tech solutions.</p> <p>Key Qualifications &amp; Skills</p> <p>●</p> <p>3&ndash;5 years of experience as a full stack developer with a strong backend focus.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Proficient in Python and modern web frameworks (Django, FastAPI, etc.).</p> <p>●</p> <p>Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure best practices.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Familiarity with e-commerce</p> <p>●</p> <p>Strong debugging, optimization, and system design skills.</p> <p>Skills &amp; Competencies</p> <p>●</p> <p>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and server-side rendering.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Knowledge of personalization engines or recommendation systems.</p> <p>Budget - 14-15/ 20-25 LPA</p>
