<div>Key Responsibilities:</div>

<div>• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives, incorporating market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.</div>
<div>• Monitor and assess brand health through regular perception audits, identifying areas for improvement.</div>
<div>• Manage and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and customer touchpoints/ channels (Omni Channel).</div>
<div>• Leading the creative and communication development mandate for the brand across platforms</div>
<div>• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and brand consistency.</div>
<div>• Develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing strategies, leveraging social media, content marketing, and ecommerce.</div>
<div>• Design and manage advertising and promotional campaigns across ATL/BTL channels.</div>
<div>• Develop and manage content strategy, CRM and lead generation programs</div>
<div>• Oversee and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring effective ROI.</div>
<div>• Foster strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and organizations.</div>
<div>• Own and develop NPD roadmap and prepare accurate financial forecasts for success.</div>
<div>• Analyze business performance, identifying trends and areas for growth. Portfolio management across categories and channels</div>
<div>• Leading the customer and consumer understanding for decision making</div>
<div>• Be on top of industry trends and competitor activit and therefore Lead product development, branding, and communications initiatives.</div>
<div>• Annual Business Planning: Develop and implement plans for brand groups.</div>
<div>• Leading monthly, quarterly, annual reviews for the brand • Strong and healthy relationships with agency partners</div>

<div>Skills & Qualifications:</div>
<div>• Experience: o MBA/PGDM from a leading institute with 9-15 years of experience in FMCG/ FMCD</div>
<div>o Recent experience in D2C is a added advantage •</div>
