<div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&bull; Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives, incorporating market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.</div> <div>&bull; Monitor and assess brand health through regular perception audits, identifying areas for improvement.</div> <div>&bull; Manage and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and customer touchpoints/ channels (Omni Channel).</div> <div>&bull; Leading the creative and communication development mandate for the brand across platforms</div> <div>&bull; Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and brand consistency.</div> <div>&bull; Develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing strategies, leveraging social media, content marketing, and ecommerce.</div> <div>&bull; Design and manage advertising and promotional campaigns across ATL/BTL channels.</div> <div>&bull; Develop and manage content strategy, CRM and lead generation programs</div> <div>&bull; Oversee and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring effective ROI.</div> <div>&bull; Foster strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and organizations.</div> <div>&bull; Own and develop NPD roadmap and prepare accurate financial forecasts for success.</div> <div>&bull; Analyze business performance, identifying trends and areas for growth. Portfolio management across categories and channels</div> <div>&bull; Leading the customer and consumer understanding for decision making</div> <div>&bull; Be on top of industry trends and competitor activit and therefore Lead product development, branding, and communications initiatives.</div> <div>&bull; Annual Business Planning: Develop and implement plans for brand groups.</div> <div>&bull; Leading monthly, quarterly, annual reviews for the brand &bull; Strong and healthy relationships with agency partners</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</div> <div>&bull; Experience: o MBA/PGDM from a leading institute with 9-15 years of experience in FMCG/ FMCD</div> <div>o Recent experience in D2C is a added advantage &bull;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Skills:</div> <div>o Passion for consumer marketing, Creative Problem-Solving along with learning agility</div> <div>o Great with numbers, Good with people</div> <div>o Data driven decision making</div> <div>o Strategic thinking, leadership, and team management.</div> <div>o Proven Experience in Brand Marketing, media planning (online and offline, social media &amp; ecommerce</div> <div>o Should have extensive experience in portfolio management and New Product development</div> <div>o Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, PR, and digital marketing o Self-motivated and Passion with Drive to win.</div> <div>o Exceptional Project management skills o Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.</div> <div>o Conflict resolution and negotiation.</div> <div>o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</div> <div>o Adaptability and flexibility.</div> <div>o Emotional intelligence and empathy.</div>
