Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to manage cloud operations, security, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization's cloud strategy and ensure the effectiveness of the services delivered.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure Cloud Operations including Incident, Problem, and Request Management.
• Implement and monitor alerts, backups, and Disaster Recovery (DR) operations.
• Handle Cloud Security and Network Operations.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps.
• Proven experience in Azure Cloud Operations.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes/tools (ServiceNow preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).

Experience

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Azure DevOps and cloud operations.

Environment

• Location: Bangalore / Remote.
• Shift Timing: UK Shift (1 PM – 10 PM IST).

Salary

• Budget: ₹1.2 Lakh Per Month.
