Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales within the organization by effectively communicating with customers, nurturing relationships with partners, and identifying new sales opportunities. This role is vital to understanding customer needs and delivering exemplary service while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers and proactively reach out to potential clients, diligently following up on leads.
- Establish and nurture relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to cultivate customer leads.
- Understand the unique needs of customers and identify lucrative sales opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive responses to customer inquiries and promptly deliver supplementary information.
- Stay updated on product and service changes to ensure in-depth product knowledge.
- Manage and update a comprehensive customer database systematically.
- Effectively elucidate and demonstrate the distinctive features of products and services.
- Stay informed about competing products and services, effectively positioning accordingly.
- Execute upselling strategies for products and services skillfully.
- Conduct rigorous research to qualify new leads and demonstrate a stellar track record in closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors (preferable but not a barrier).
- A fervent enthusiasm for working in a target-oriented environment.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
- A keen understanding of timelines and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- A remarkable memory is essential for managing multiple conversations effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Willingness to travel within the Bangalore region.
- Experience working a 6-day work week, with weekends preferred, aligning with peak action in Real Estate.
