Job Summary
As a software engineer, you will play a key role in owning and developing our entire AI code quality and security platform. This position involves collaboration with our design and engineering teams and encompasses initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the AI code quality and security platform.
- Lead initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure development.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams throughout the development process.
- Provide hands-on technical support, customer success, and implementation guidance.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of full-time work experience in:
- Backend: Python (FastAPI, Concurrency)
- Frontend: ReactJS
- Backend: Node.js
- Cloud/DevOps: AWS, Docker
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier 1 college (IITs / NITs).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling challenging engineering problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in software development, specifically focusing on backend and frontend technologies.

What we're looking for
- Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, and concurrency principles.
- Proficiency in developing responsive and high-quality front-end applications using ReactJS.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization using AWS and Docker for deploying and managing scalable applications.
- Demonstrated experience with AI technologies and Large Language Models to enhance code quality and security platforms.
- Effectiveness in communication and teamwork, especially in cross-functional, fast-paced startup environments.
- Academic pedigree with a degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably from a Tier 1 institution (IITs/NITs).
- Ability to tackle challenging engineering problems with creativity, ownership and initiative in a dynamic startup environment.
