Role
This isn’t your typical BDR job. We’re looking for a cold-calling machine — someone who live for dialing, pitching, and closing demos
Our current BDR booked 150 SQL demos in the first 2 months, alone!
The demand is real — now we need another beast to take it to the next level.
What You'll Do
Week 1
- Learn the product, ICP, pricing, and how we do cold calls
- Book your first demo
Month 1
- Book 20+ qualified demos through cold calls + emails
- Track results, run experiments, and iterate fast
Month 1+
- Scale to 40+ demos/month
- Build strong prospect relationships
- Help us define a repeatable, scalable outbound engine
Core Responsibilities
- 80% Cold Calling: List building, prospecting, calling, and hustling across channels
- 20% Sales Ops: Keep CRM sharp, refine processes, and create content that speaks to devs

- Evaluates academic pedigree, focusing on the tier and recognition of the institution attended.
