Job Summary
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thinks like a brand builder and visual storyteller. This role will contribute to aligning our visual identity with our mission to deliver high-quality code health solutions.
Responsibilities
- Visual Storytelling & Illustration: Create original illustrations that explain complex ideas (code health, security, productivity) in a simple, striking way.
- Brand Building: Define, document, and evolve CodeAnt’s design guidelines to ensure strong visual consistency across various platforms.
- Fast-Paced Ownership: Move quickly from idea to execution and iteration while taking responsibility for outcomes, not just deliverables.
- Build Narratives: Turn product features, case studies, and insights into scroll-stopping visuals that resonate with the audience.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing illustration-led, brand-driven work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Ability to explain design decisions effectively; not just the how, but also the why.
- An extreme ownership mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Framer.
- Background designing for B2B Software as a Service (SaaS), developer tools, or tech products.
- Skills in motion design or lightweight animation.
- Experience in building brands from early or scaling stages.
Experience
- Relevant experience in graphic design, specifically in roles focused on illustration and brand development.
Environment
The role is likely to be in a fast-paced startup environment, offering opportunities for remote work or flexibility as part of a collaborative team spanning San Francisco and Bangalore.
