Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to actively drive pipeline through disciplined outbound execution, primarily via cold calling. This role is crucial to our revenue and growth initiatives, with success measured by results rather than effort. The primary target will be to achieve 100 qualified meetings per quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume cold calling to senior engineering and technology leaders.
  • Conduct structured, value-led discovery conversations.
  • Qualify prospects based on relevance, urgency, and fit.
  • Consistently book meetings that convert into pipeline.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Run multi-channel follow-ups through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within the CRM system.
  • Continuously improve messaging, pitch, and objection-handling strategies.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory Requirements:
    • Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) or in Inside Sales.
    • Proven experience in selling technology products.
    • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) sales environments.
    • Demonstrated success with cold calling as a primary outreach motion.
    • Strong verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to adapt and improve sales strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Strong networking skills to build fruitful relationships.

Experience

  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in a business development or sales role, with a focus on technology products.
