Job Summary
We’re looking for a data-driven, results-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager who can take our $30K–$40K monthly ad spend and scale it to $100K+/month profitably. You will work directly with the founder (Amartya) to manage and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, focusing on tracking performance, cutting ineffective strategies, and scaling successful initiatives.
Responsibilities

First Month
- Audit and optimize existing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Build reporting frameworks to track customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), lifetime value (LTV), and payback periods.
- Identify scalable channels, creatives, and target audiences.

3 Months and Beyond
- Scale monthly ad spend from $30K–$40K → $100K+ while maintaining profitability.
- Continuously test and refine winning creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Expand into new audiences, geographies, and channels.
- Own the paid growth engine end-to-end, providing clear dashboards and insights for leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience running high-budget paid campaigns targeting technical buyers, such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Founders.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with creative writing abilities.
- Ability to take ownership, move quickly, and identify growth opportunities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the B2B SaaS sector is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
- Skills in creative research to explore new ad angles, formats, and messaging.
- Knowledge of competitor research and benchmarking.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with high-budget campaigns targeting technical audiences.

- Ability to develop and manage reporting frameworks and dashboards for tracking ad performance and providing insights.
