Job Summary
The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for owning our infrastructure, deployments, and observability as we scale CodeAnt AI across global enterprises. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth, reliable operations within our cloud and on-premise environments.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of Deployments: Deploy CodeAnt AI into customer environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, comprising approximately 40% of your work.
- Infrastructure Engineering: Build scalable and secure infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and manage containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, which will take approximately 20% of your work.
- Observability and Reliability: Create detailed Grafana dashboards for latency, errors, and performance, implement automated health checks, alerts, and incident response workflows, ensuring uptime and meeting SLA guarantees, representing another 20% of your work.
- Security and Compliance: Assist with SOC2, HIPAA, and other compliance needs, conduct vulnerability scans, generate Software Bill of Materials (SBOMs), and develop internal tools for audit reporting, which will also comprise about 20% of your work.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering.
- Deployment Skills: Experience deploying Software as a Service (SaaS) products into customer Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) or other cloud environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins).
- Cloud Architecture: Deep understanding of cloud services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Monitoring Tools: Hands-on experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch and Grafana.
- Alert Systems: Experience in setting up alerting systems like PagerDuty or OpsGenie.
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with secrets management, secure networking, and access control.
- Education: Relevant educational background, preferably a degree from a recognized or top-tier institution reflecting technical competency.
Preferred Skills
- Incident management and postmortem documentation experience.
- Background in AI tooling or Large Language Models (LLMs).

- A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in DevOps or related fields is preferred.
